IVF/Fertility Nurse
Position Type: Full-Time
Base Pay: Based on experience.
Education: Four Year Degree and valid RN license.
Experience: IVF/Fertility experience preferred, background in women’s health essential.

Job Description:
Dynamic women’s healthcare practice specializing in fertility medicine seeks a full time experienced RN professional to join their fertility nursing team.
The primary function of this position is working as a treatment care coordinator for fertility-challenged patients/couples. Responsibilities include coordination, case management and clinical treatment of fertility patients and extensive patient education. Patient and referring physician satisfaction is a marker of our success. Background in women's health would be helpful however, fertility training will be provided.
This is a salaried, exempt position. Work schedule is Mon – Fri. Shift may start as early as 6:15 AM and could either be five - 8 hour days or four – 10 hour days depending on work loads. Rotates weekends and holidays for which comp days are granted.
Requirements:
- This is not an entry level position.
- RN license for the state of Michigan is required.
- At least two years experience in a physician office setting that is recent.
- IVF/Fertility experience preferred; background in women's health a must.
- Strong computer proficiency including experience with EMR and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in continuous quality improvement, customer service, and team playing.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Must have high bias for action and thoroughness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Recovery Nurse
Position Type: Per Diem
Base Pay: $25/hr. or higher depending on experience
Education: Four Year Degree and valid RN license.
Experience: At least two years in a recovery room setting

Job Description:
RMA of Michigan, PLC has experienced growth and seeks a contingent RN to provide pre-op and post-op care to patients undergoing IVF procedures.
IVF Recovery RN will be in charge of pre-op activities the morning of procedure; assist in required paperwork; and assist patient during post-op until discharged. Works closely with physician and CRNA. We consider our clientele exceptionally unique. Bedside manners are as important to the success of this position as the education and prior experience.
This contingent position will typically work 3-4 times per week; from 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM (this can vary depending on the day's workload). Will usually be Monday - Friday with possible need on a Saturday and/or Sunday. Potential for extra hours when department staff on vacation. Possible for this position to grow into permanent part time and/or expand duties into IVF Nursing.
