Couples that qualify for this program pay IntegraMed® a flat fee for up to 3 stimulated IVF cycles and 3 frozen embryo transfers. When the patient takes a baby home from the hospital, IntegraMed® has earned the fee. If the patient completes the three fresh cycles and/or three frozen embryo transfer and does not become pregnant with delivery of a baby, 70% (for those choosing donor egg the refund is 100%) of the fee is refunded, preserving resources for other family building options. Unlike other refund programs, the IntegraMed® Shared Risk Refund Program defines success as having a baby, not getting pregnant.
