Individual and Group Counseling

Many patients feel a loss over their emotions and futures. Some people do not feel safe discussing their concerns with friends, families or partners. Individual therapy is available for any couple or individual that feels they could benefit from the additional support throughout this process. Counseling provides the opportunity to discuss stress managing techniques, depression and anxiety, coping with loss, relationship issues and infertility interference with everyday life.

Holistic Therapy

Acupuncture originated in China thousands of years ago, but over the past two decades its popularity has grown significantly within the United States. Acupuncture is a technique of inserting and manipulating hair-thin needles into specific points on the body to relieve pain or for therapeutic purposes.

Acupuncture has been found to be beneficial to those experiencing infertility. Some believe that acupuncture works by helping women stay more relaxed through stressful fertility treatments. In particular, studies have shown that acupuncture definitely increases the rate of pregnancy in women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF).

Reiki Therapy is the channeling of energy in a particular pattern to heal and harmonize. Unlike other healing therapies based on the premise of a human energy field, Reiki seeks to restore order to the body whose vital energy has become unbalanced.

Because Reiki works to improve overall physical and mental health, it can in turn improve your chances of getting pregnant by promoting overall health, including reproductive health. As such, it can help improve your health so as to minimize conditions and illnesses that can contribute to infertility.
