Tariq A. Shah, PhD; HCLD; ELD, is the director of our IVF/Andrology and the Endocrine laboratories. Dr Shah is board certified as an embryology laboratory director as well as a high complexity clinical laboratory director. He has 20 years experience in the field of clinical Embryology and Andrology. His expertise include all aspects of in vitro fertilization  including intracytoplasmic sperm injection, cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos using  conventional and vitrification techniques and  pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) etc.

He is an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Reproductive Biology, Michigan State University, where he is involved in teaching and research activities. He has authored scientific articles and textbook chapters in the area of reproductive biology.

Dr Shah is a member of several professional societies including the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the American Society of Andrology and the American Association of Bioanalysis etc.
