Nurse Practitioner
Our nurse practitioner helps manage your care by gathering your intake, performing testing, and coordinating treatment alongside your physician.
Treatment Nurses
Your nurse is your primary point of contact throughout treatment, ready to answer questions and guide you through each step.
Medical Assistants
Our medical assistants support you during appointments, helping each visit run smoothly and comfortably from check-in onward.
Recovery Room RNs
Our recovery room nurses provide attentive bedside care during procedures such as egg retrievals and embryo transfers.

Kayla R., RN
IVF Nurse
Kayla joined RMA of Michigan in 2014 and has loved learning about the field of fertility, first as a nursing assistant and then as a nurse. She earned her nursing degree from Oakland University and worked in the emergency room for many years, but always knew women’s health was her calling. She currently attends Georgetown University to earn her DNP as a women’s health nurse practitioner. The best part of her job, she says, is helping families grow.

Donor Nurse
Lauren graduated from Oakland University’s nursing school in 2014 and spent the first three years of her career as a labor and delivery nurse. Wanting to broaden her knowledge of women’s health care, she joined RMA of Michigan in 2017. Here she has found her true passion in nursing, caring for a variety of patients and cherishing the strong relationships she builds with them.
Katie, RN
Donor Nurse
Katie began her career on the business side of the medical field after earning her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Oakland University in 2011. Realizing her joy was in patient care, she earned her nursing license with high honors in 2020. After gaining experience in fertility nursing, she joined RMA to continue expanding her expertise in reproductive endocrinology. Having had twins herself with the help of fertility treatment, Katie feels deeply passionate about supporting patients as they build their families. The most rewarding part of her role is witnessing the joy this clinic brings into the world.
Courtney S., RN
IVF Nurse
Courtney graduated with high honors from Mercy College of Ohio in 2015. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, spending three years at Beaumont Royal Oak and St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. Courtney came to RMA of Michigan to expand her knowledge of women’s health and specialize in reproductive endocrinology. The best part of her job is bonding with her patients and helping them grow their families.

IVF Nurse
Kayla graduated from Madonna University’s nursing program in 2017. Before becoming a nurse, she worked as a medical assistant in labor and delivery at the University of Michigan for six years, and she began her nursing career on a medical/surgical unit. With a passion for women’s health, Kayla is glad to be back in this field as a fertility nurse at RMA of Michigan. Her favorite part of the work is the relationships she forms with patients while caring for them throughout their fertility journey.
Taylor J., RN
IVF Nurse
Taylor graduated with honors from the University of Detroit Mercy’s nursing program in 2019. She started as a student nurse extern in the emergency room and went on to pursue her dream as a pediatric ER nurse at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, where she worked for three years. With a passion for pediatrics and women’s health, Taylor is excited to broaden her knowledge in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. The best part of her job is providing comfort and support for her patients in the procedure room.
Lauren T., RN
IVF Nurse
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2016 and followed her dream of becoming an ER nurse. She began her career at Royal Oak Beaumont in the ER, then moved to C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Children’s Emergency Services, where she worked for three years. With a passion for women’s health, Lauren is excited to be part of the RMA team. The best part of her job is supporting families through stressful times and helping them grow.
Ashley L., RN
IVF Nurse
Ashley graduated from Oakland University’s nursing program in 2017. From there she worked in both the pediatric ICU and pediatric emergency room at Children’s Hospital of Michigan for the first five years of her career. She joined RMA of Michigan to gain a new perspective in nursing and to learn as much as she can about women’s health and fertility. Ashley loves helping build families and creating a special bond with each of her patients.
Taylor S., RN
IVF Nurse
Taylor graduated with honors from Eastern Michigan University and received her RN in 2018. Before becoming an RN, she worked as an LPN and CNA in an outpatient facility, and she has experience on a med/surg floor and an oncology unit. With a passion for women’s health, she was excited to transition to RMA. The best part of working here, she says, has been building relationships with her patients and being a small part of building their families.
Sarah H., RN
IVF Nurse
Sarah began her career as a Peace Corps volunteer after graduating from Central Michigan University in 2013. She then completed the accelerated nursing program at Oakland University in 2018 and became a labor and delivery nurse at Henry Ford Wyandotte before working as a travel nurse. She is passionate about women’s health and is excited to be part of RMA, helping guide individuals and families through their fertility journey.

Tanya, NCMA
Lead Medical Assistant
Tanya has been a medical assistant for 29 years, with experience in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, OB-GYN, Vascular Surgery, and now Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She has had the pleasure of being part of the RMA of Michigan team since it opened in 2006. She loves being part of a team that helps make families’ dreams come true and seeing them become parents.
Antonia V., MA
Medical Assistant
Antonia has been a medical assistant for over seven years. She began her career in Family Medicine and has now been with RMA of Michigan for four years. Antonia is passionate about her role: being a part of helping families’ dreams come true is especially meaningful to her, knowing how important family is. She feels grateful to be part of such an amazing team, and there is no other team she would rather be a part of.
Rebecca, RDMS
Ultrasonographer
Rebecca has been an ultrasonographer for over three years and feels she couldn’t have found a more interesting career. The field of ultrasound is vast, and while she enjoys every modality, she loves getting to use her skills to help women bring little ones into their lives. Seeing a patient’s relief and big smile at that first ultrasound of a growing, healthy baby brings Rebecca so much joy.

Medical Assistant & Clinical Assistant
Virginia is a medical assistant and clinical assistant with 12 years of experience, the majority of it in Women’s Health and OB/GYN. She earned her certificate from Ross Medical, then continued her education with Ross online and earned her Associate’s degree. She loves learning about the reproductive system and supporting patients in any way she can, and is excited to build and grow with the RMA family.
