Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute patient-focused marketing strategies to attract and engage potential patients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with OB/Gyn and Family Care physicians through office visits, networking events, and educational luncheons.
• Plan and manage events such as community outreach programs, patient support groups, and informational marketing booths.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling materials for both physicians and patients.
• Represent RMA of Michigan at patient events, including reunions and support programs.
• Assist in social media engagement by suggesting content ideas and interacting with patient communities.
• Analyze marketing initiatives, measure success, and propose improvements for increased effectiveness.
• Oversee budgets, track expenses, and ensure productivity goals set by leadership are met.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing marketing or outreach role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Background in healthcare marketing, public relations, or community outreach is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in event planning and engaging diverse audiences.
