Teresa joined our team as a Medical Billing & Patient Account Specialist in 2011 and has over 15 years of experience in the health care field. She keeps current on the ever changing world of medical billing and enjoys the vast variety of situations; whether it is with patients, insurance companies, or just helping co-workers. Teresa is truly grateful to work with a dedicated and hard working group of professionals.

Melissa has been in the medical field since 2017 in roles like case management, medical scheduling, and administration. She transitioned into the financial field because she knows how stressful and overwhelming this aspect of medical care can be. In her position at RMA, she wants to be able to give support and help make this process as seamless as possible for patients. Melissa enjoys seeing the excitement of patients’ dreams of building a family come true.

Jessica has been in billing and coding for over 10 years. She is certified in medical billing, as well as physician and outpatient coding. Jessica missed being able to work directly with physicians and patients at her previous job, which brought her to RMA of Michigan. Her goal is to make the financial aspect less stressful so that patients and doctors can focus on their goals.

May is a certified medical assistant, medical receptionist, and medical biller. She has 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, working with multiple specialties. She enjoys medical billing because she is always learning something new and likes working with a team to improve work for the facility. May is truly grateful to work with a dedicated and hard-working group of professionals.

Nicole has 25 years of customer service, finance and administrative experience, with 5 years focused in healthcare. She uses her wealth of knowledge and understanding of insurance processes to help patients, each day. Nicole is extremely honored to work with such a friendly, supportive and knowledgeable team of doctors and staff.
