Check-In for Morning Monitoring

Timeframe:

Morning monitoring is available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Please text if you are coming in for bloodwork only or bloodwork with ultrasound.
DO NOT TEXT IF: ultrasound only or if you have a scheduled appointment.

Upon Arrival:

Once you arrive in the parking lot:

Text RMA Patient Services at 248-225-2822.

Include the following in your text:

Your full name
The “number of the day” (posted on the front door each morning)

Example: Sally Test arrived 7

Important note: Patients must text with the number of the day to be placed in line. If you do not send the correct text, you will not be added to the queue. DO NOT TEXT TWICE Please wait in your car until you receive a text instructing you to come inside.

What to Expect:

Once it’s your turn, you’ll receive a text to come in, sign in, and wait to be called back.
If you need to use the restroom, please come inside and check with the front desk before doing so to confirm whether a urine sample is needed.

Important Notes:
Patients who do not follow the texting process will be asked to adhere to these instructions.
