Troy, Michigan - September 30, 2026 - Reproductive Medicine Associates of Michigan (RMA of Michigan) announced today that Dana R. Siegel, M.D. will join the practice's physician team beginning in October 2026.
Dr. Siegel comes to RMA of Michigan following fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She will see patients at RMA's Troy office, located at 130 Town Center Drive, Suite 106, and at its Livonia office, located at 39000 West Seven Mile Road, Suite 3700, inside the Corewell Health Care Center.
Dr. Siegel completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and earned her medical degree with high distinction in Michigan at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, where she also led the Cass Clinic, one of Detroit's oldest student-run free clinics, serving as its development coordinator and expansion liaison. She holds a bachelor's degree in biology and Spanish from Tufts University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is proficient in Spanish and holds a certification in medical Spanish translation. She is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
During her fellowship, Dr. Siegel served as lead investigator on a study examining an epigenetic sperm quality test and its ability to predict outcomes for patients undergoing intrauterine insemination. Her work was recognized with the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology's Prize Paper Award in 2024. Her research has also examined donor-conceived individuals' perspectives on using donor gametes themselves, the effects of hormonal contraception on ovarian reserve, and racial and ethnic disparities in fertility awareness, with findings published in journals including Human Reproduction, Reproductive Sciences and Women's Health Report.

At both offices, Dr. Siegel will provide a full range of fertility diagnostic and treatment services, including in vitro fertilization, intrauterine insemination, fertility preservation, third-party assisted reproduction and preimplantation genetic testing.
