Dr. Dana R. Siegel

Dr. Siegel is a physician currently completing her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She brings a strong research background in male fertility, donor-conceived family building, and ovarian reserve, along with a deep commitment to patient care shaped by years of clinical training and community service.
A career built on research and hands-on clinical training
Dr. Siegel earned her Doctor of Medicine with High Distinction from Wayne State University School of Medicine, where she also served as President of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and is currently completing her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the same institution.
She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology (2024). Her research has spanned male fertility and sperm quality, donor-conceived family building, ovarian reserve, and disparities in fertility awareness. She currently serves as lead investigator on a prospective study evaluating an epigenetic sperm quality test to predict outcomes for intrauterine insemination, and she received the 2024 Society for Male Reproduction and Urology Prize Paper Award for her research on reproductive outcomes using fresh versus cryopreserved testicular sperm. She is the author of 15 peer-reviewed publications and has presented her research at national meetings of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Fluent in Spanish and certified in Medical Spanish Translation, Dr. Siegel is committed to making care accessible to patients across language backgrounds.
Get to Know Dr. Siegel
Outside the clinic, Dr. Siegel is an avid athlete and outdoorswoman. A former varsity tennis player at Tufts University, she stays active through snowboarding and Pilates, and loves back-country hiking in places like Zion and Yosemite. She also enjoys gardening, board games, and traveling, with Copenhagen and Buenos Aires among her favorite destinations.
